OWN YOUR STORY. FIND YOUR WAY FORWARD.
Life doesn’t always go as planned. But what you’ve been through doesn’t have to define you—it can shape who you become.
My Story
I didn’t grow up with stability.
Control wasn’t something I understood—it was something I was always trying to find.
That followed me into adulthood.
Into the way I handled relationships.
Into anxiety.
Into moments where I felt stuck, unsure, and completely off track.
There were times I hit rock bottom and didn’t know what direction to take next.
BUILDING A LIFE BEFORE I UNDERSTOOD IT.
As I got older, I started trying to build something different.
I built relationships.
I started building a family.
I stepped into responsibility—even if I didn’t fully understand it yet.
I became a father.
And that changed me.
It gave me a reason to want more.
To be better.
To create something stable—even when I didn’t come from it.
Loss Changes You
Along the way, I experienced real loss.
Not just in relationships—but in people who meant everything to me.
My brother.
My mother.
My grandparents.
Those moments shift your perspective.
They force you to look at life differently—whether you're ready or not.
BUILDING IN THE BACKGROUND:
While all of this was happening, I was also building professionally.
I was finding my way.
Taking risks.
Trying to create structure in areas of my life where there had never been any.
It wasn’t perfect.
But it was progress.
WHEN EVERYTHING SHIFTED
Then life hit again—hard.
A traumatic accident forced everything to stop.
It stripped away distractions.
It forced me to sit with myself.
And it made me face everything I had been carrying.
That was the turning point.
Not because things got easier—
but because I finally started seeing things clearly.
REBUILDING, FOR REAL THIS TIME
I stopped trying to control everything around me
and started focusing on what I could control.
My mindset.
My actions.
My direction.
I rebuilt—intentionally.
Step by step.
And that changed everything.
REBUILDING WHILE STILL SHOWING UP
During recovery, I didn’t step away from life.
I went back to work.
I continued to lead.
I kept showing up—even before I was fully back on my feet.
And through that process, I grew.
Not just personally—but professionally.
I learned how to operate under pressure.
How to stay accountable.
How to lead through real adversity—not ideal conditions.
ANOTHER CHALLENGE I DIDN’T EXPECT
After the accident, I faced another kind of challenge.
I experienced what it feels like to be separated from my kids.
And that’s a different kind of weight.
It forces reflection.
Ownership.
Growth in ways you can’t avoid.
And through that, I kept building.
As a man.
As a father.
As someone still moving forward—regardless of circumstances.
WHERE I AM NOW
Today I continue to set standards; lead. I speak to individuals, teams, and organizations about resilience, mindset, leadership, relationships, and navigating adversity.
Everything I share comes from lived experience.
Not theory.
Not surface-level motivation.
Just real perspective, practical tools, and a message people can actually apply.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
You’ve been through something that changed you.
You feel stuck or unsure about what comes next.
You’re trying to rebuild—mentally, emotionally, or in your life.
You want to become more grounded, more accountable, and more intentional.
YOU DON’T NEED A PERFECT START
You don’t need everything figured out.
You just need a decision to move forward.
And the willingness to build—one step at a time.
